Darlene Rierson
Darlene joined Wells Jenkins in September of 2002 with over 14 years in the mortgage business. She schedules real estate appointments for all the real estate attorneys and works with the real estate agents and mortgage companies on all closings. Darlene has three children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Julie Searcy
Julie worked in several area law firms before joining Well Jenkins in 1997 in the area of Real Estate. She graduated from Tulane University in 1988 and got her paralegal certificate from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in Houston Texas. She has over 18 years experience in all aspects of real estate title searches. She loves the detailed work required as a real estate paralegal and is fascinated by the history she often uncovers during title searches. She is a strong force in breast cancer advocacy. Together with her mother, who is a cancer survivor, she has participated in nine Susan G. Komen 3-Day Breast Cancer walks, which involve walking 60 miles over the course of three days. The Cajun Queens, as they are called, have raised over $350,000 for breast cancer awareness, treatment,and research. In 2005 she formed a 501C3 corporation Breast Cancer Hope Chest to continue to raise money for the cause. In addition to all that walking, Julie took up running in earnest two years ago and has run in several marathons, 1/2 marathons and a couple of triathlons. Married with two children and two step-children, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kathy Adams
Kathy Adams is a paralegal working in the real estate department for the past 10 years. Prior to that time she worked for 9 years with T. Lawson Newton in his general law practice. She is an active member at Clemmons Moravian Church, currently participating in the choir and handbells and serves as Treasurer of the Women's Fellowship. She enjoys visiting her granddaughter in Richmond, VA.
